ngt888 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on ngt888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
3. You are registering voluntarily, of your own free will, and not on behalf of another person.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
5. You have not previously had an ngt888 account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ngt888 or any of its affiliated game providers.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to notify ngt888 promptly if any of your registration details change.

ngt888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ngt888 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different name or identity — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. ngt888 will close all duplicate accounts immediately upon discovery, forfeit any Bonus Funds held in those accounts, and may withhold balances pending a full investigation. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at ngt888's discretion.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ngt888 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time; the most current list is displayed on the ngt888 deposit and withdrawal pages.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount on ngt888 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by default, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ngt888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending review.

ngt888 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge a transaction fee on their end; ngt888 is not responsible for any such third-party fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

ngt888 reserves the right to perform identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. During any ongoing investigation, including but not limited to identity verification, fraud review, or responsible gaming assessment, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Members will be notified of any such suspension via their registered email or in-app message.

Any withdrawal request where Real Money funds have not been wagered at least once in full prior to withdrawal will be reviewed. ngt888 may deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount if wagering requirements have not been met at the time of the request.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the ngt888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a deposit or withdrawal is initiated in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ngt888 is not responsible for currency conversion losses resulting from payment provider exchange rate policies.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who successfully register an account and make their first qualifying deposit on ngt888 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳50,000, subject to the specific terms of the active welcome promotion at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are credited automatically to the Member's account upon deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available to each new Member once only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering Requirements apply to the combined total of the bonus amount plus any Real Money matched in the promotion, unless otherwise specified.

Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates for each game category are available on the ngt888 promotions terms page. ngt888 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates with reasonable notice to Members.

4.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

ngt888 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software or betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members to exploit promotions — will have their Bonus Funds and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently closed. ngt888 reserves the right to offset any amounts owed to the platform against a Member's Real Money balance in the event of confirmed bonus fraud.

4.4 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

ngt888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect the terms of a bonus already claimed and in active wagering by a Member. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day — are time-limited and will expire on the dates stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games, slots, crash games, and live dealer games on the ngt888 platform are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider uses independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. ngt888 does not control, influence, or modify game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game provider's system.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ngt888 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to the specific rules of each market type. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, the decision of ngt888's trading team is final, based on official match results from recognised governing bodies including the ICC, FIFA, and relevant national sporting federations.

Bets placed on matches that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's account unless a settlement rule for such circumstances is stated in the specific market terms.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ngt888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent closure of the Member's account:

• Use of any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploitation of software errors, display bugs, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Members, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit or circumvent game mechanics.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any financial transaction related to illegal activity.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds through third-party financial institutions while retaining winnings generated from those funds.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

6.1 Member Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ngt888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ngt888 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify ngt888 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ngt888 cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials or has shared them with a third party. All activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a suspected compromise to ngt888 support prior to the activity taking place.

6.2 Account Closure by Member

Members may request permanent closure of their ngt888 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or Telegram at @ngt888support. Upon receiving a closure request, ngt888 will process any pending withdrawal of Real Money balances to the Member's verified payment account, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

6.3 Account Suspension and Termination by ngt888

ngt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without notice, if ngt888 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, has provided false registration information, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to ngt888 or other Members. In the event of termination for breach, ngt888 is not obligated to return Bonus Funds or winnings derived from bonus activity.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

ngt888 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members at no charge, accessible through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently block access to your ngt888 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to protect Members from impulsive decisions.

7.2 Underage Gaming

ngt888 employs age verification measures during registration and reserves the right to request proof of age from any Member at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds — including any Real Money deposits — will be handled in accordance with applicable law. ngt888 urges parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

8.1 Platform Availability

ngt888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ngt888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical outages, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond ngt888's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngt888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ngt888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, even if ngt888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

ngt888 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in games operated by third-party providers. In the event of a provably erroneous payout resulting from a third-party provider malfunction, ngt888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Member's account. Winnings generated from a confirmed game malfunction are not paid out.

9.1 Platform Content

All content on the ngt888 platform — including but not limited to the ngt888 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ngt888 or its licensed content providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

10.1 Right to Amend

ngt888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ngt888 will notify registered Members via their registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address an urgent security concern.

Your continued use of the ngt888 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any Real Money balance.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of ngt888, you agree to first contact the ngt888 support team via live chat or at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 days for ngt888 to investigate and respond. The majority of disputes are resolved promptly through direct communication with the support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. ngt888's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final, subject only to manifest error.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
